Amazingly delicious non-alcoholic Riesling. Organic grapes are harvested on the slopes of the Rochusberg hill in the northernmost village of Rheinhessen (Bingen). The soil in this area is a mixture of quartzite and limestone. The wine has been produced first as a normal white wine and the finished wine has been de-alcoholicised by vacuum distillation. Careful cultivation and fruitful, balanced grapes are the secret of this nonalcoholic wine, along with impeccable cellar hygiene. It is certainly not easy to make a good nonalcoholic wine and we think it is perhaps the most successful product on the market. Pure, grape-like scent, very recognizable Riesling. The taste is fresh, pure, light and the residual sugar is low (33 g/l). Biodynamic and vegan-friendly.
