A piece of Art by the young winemaker Maria Jover. 100% Monastrell, grapes harvested from vines aged 80 to 90 years at the optimum time for moderate alcohol content (13,00%) and balance. Certified organic. This wine represents a new generation of style in Jumilla production. Instead of raw power, balance and pleasure! Wine matured without oak barrels is spicy, juicy, and silky, tinged with ripe cherries and red berries. Roasted duckweed with cherry sauce as a meal could be a so-called “perfect match”. Excellent wine with bird food and white meat. It is also suitable for strongly flavoured dishes and for high-quality coating with small pieces of salt (e.g. Jamon Iberico or red wine-washed cheese, Queso de Murcia al Vino).
