Funded in 2002 by jarkko peräs and his German wife josephin Cramer, the Candialle estate produces high-quality wines in the Chianti Classico region in the village of Panzano. Candial has about 11 hectars of orchards, which are cultivated entirely organically. Panzano’s amphitheatrical ridge is known as the Conca d’Oro and is considered one of the best growing areas in the Chianti Classico wine region for the production of fine wines. The area’s calcareous soil and microclimate produce a stylish, ripe cherry Sangiovese, which also has a tense, delicious firmness, and long flavor.
