Stable, smooth, ripe red cherry, slightly herbal and freshly tender from the village of Chianti Classico Panzano. You know, mushroom risotto, veal, pizza. The wine has been aged in concrete tanks for about a year to preserve its fertility. The main varieties are Sangiovese and complementary Malvasia Nera and Canaiolo.
