Dolcetto d´Alba 2020, Luigi Pira

In the Barolo wine region, a magnificent and intensive Dolcetto produced from two hectares of vineyards to the north and west of the village of Serralunga d´Alba. It´s a deep red. The scent is enhanced by dark berries, such as blackberries and bears´ tails. It´s also flavored with herbs and dark cherries. It tastes deliciously fresh, quite filling, spicy and ripe. Great red wine pasta for a rack, salty slices or veal.
