Non dosage , organic sparkling wine from Alsace. The limestone soil guarantees the freshness and elegance of the Pinot Blanc grapes. After bottling, the wine was aged in the cellar for at least 15 months. Freshly caught, this is an excellent appetizer, but you can also enjoy it with fresh shellfish, whitefish and oysters. 91/100p Wine Enthusiast: The bright freshness of ripe lemon is tender on this wine´s nose. The palate comes in with slenderness, supported by very fine, gushy foam that gives everything an almost-weightless quality, yet the flavors run deep. It offers concentration, subtle yeast, slight pithiness and dry, light-bodied and fragrant citrus purity.
