Chablis Saint Pierre 2019

Delicious Chablis from a small producer, from the old vines of the famous Michel Laroche family . The wine was then aged on a fine stock for about 12 months, with 20% of the wine aged in oak barrels. Flavors include fresh apple, lemon, a little butter, oyster. The taste is dry, mineral, fruity, long, calcareous and regional. It´s a priceless classic for fresh fish and shellfish.
